Dear Rug,
Good morning! At least, I'm assuming it's morning over there. Or perhaps you haven't checked your laptop until the afternoon today. In which case, good afternoon!
It's currently 10:33pm here, and I'm pretty exhausted, yet my body doesn't want to go to sleep yet.
Oh, and in case you're wondering- I was unsuccessful at stick-hunting at the park near me today *sad face*. But I waited on going to the craft store because I want to take you with me on Sunday!
We have to wake up early tomorrow because my family and my aunt's family are going to a pretty park near a lake tomorrow (super informative, I know). And supposedly, my aunt made reservations for us at a nice restaurant to go to after letting the kids play in the park (am I considered one of the kids? Not sure). All of this vagueness is bothering me- I hate not knowing exactly when we're leaving, to where, and to do what. Sigh.
Maybe I'll just spend my time taking a bunch of pictures of the kids and the scenery there. The problem is- I've only been using my new camera for filming, and I have rarely used it for photos. I'm definitely not used to where all the buttons are for photography on the new camera. Though the quality is definitely better using my new camera, I'd rather get good photos on my older, less quality camera, than all bad photos on my newer, better quality camera. But then again... Practice makes perfect, right?
I'm still not sure which camera to take. Since I can't seem to fall asleep, maybe I'll play around with my camera right now and see what I can figure out before tomorrow.
I'll definitely post some photos from the trip tomorrow! I'm so excited (despite the whole camera dilemma).
Oh, and you're probably a bit confused about this page- in which case, just read the introduction I posted before this! That'll explain a lot.
P.S. Yes, this page used to be Purple Patatoe. ;) I just realized that the way I spelled that almost looks like I'm saying "Pat A Toe". Hooray! It's National Pat A Toe day! Let's add that to the list of Soo-Holidays. Haha.
Anyways, I better go get working on that camera. I hope you like what I've done with the Pat A Toe page. :)
I'll talk to you tomorrow morning!
With love,
Fig
